how to get dogs to talk

When you are watching a movie and you see a dog talking, they are not actually talking. What they do is they feed the dog or other animal a treat. When the animal is chewing it looks like the animal is moving it's mouth to talk. While the animal is chewing there is a person saying the line. Next, they do some trick photography to make it really look like the animal is talking. People could train an animal to do lots of tricks, but you cant train an animal how to talk like a human.
